Informative Graphics Corporation Previews Brava! 7 for OpenText eDOCS
Release Brings Industry Leading Viewing, Collaboration
and Redaction Capabilities to OpenText eDOCS Customers
OpenText Content World, Washington, DC — November 9, 2010 — Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in viewing, collaboration and redaction technology and an OpenText Select Partner, announced today that it will be previewing its Brava!® 7 viewing and collaboration tool for OpenText eDOCS version 5.1.x this week at Content World (Booth #11), which runs through November 11 at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in Washington, DC.
Brava for OpenText eDOCS makes it easier to view, collaborate and redact virtually any file stored in the eDOCS repository, including office and PDF documents, CAD drawings and image files. OpenText eDOCS customers will enjoy all of the benefits of the latest Brava 7 release, including an intuitive interface, enhanced collaboration features and advanced redaction capabilities.

OpenText eDOCS users will benefit from Brava's core capabilities:
- Viewing and Document Comparison – Compare different versions of a document or drawing - useful for comparing drawing and document revisions/versions, and faxed versus signed contracts.
- Markup and Annotation – Add annotations to documents, including colored boxes, text and arrows to highlight issues or areas that may need to be changed or investigated.
- Redaction – Brava's redaction tools allow removal of sensitive information from documents, drawings and images, either automatically with intelligent pattern matching and text search, or manually with area selection tools.
- Secure Document Sharing – Users can add document security controls, which include adding password protection; restricting print, copy, layer views, and more; adding watermarks and banners; and time-expiring the file.
