Company Information
Informative Graphics was founded in 1990 and has grown steadily, year
after year, ever since. IGC is and always has been entirely self-funded
(no staffing up, then laying off when the money runs out). IGC invests
heavily in identifying and recruiting the best and brightest, hiring
individuals with the knowledge, skill, ability, and motivation needed to
maintain our advantage in an increasingly competitive environment. We
invest in the best equipment and tools, and we thrive on innovation
through leading-edge technology. We value what makes us successful: our
people.
Informative Graphics is an equal opportunity employer. Benefits include:
great medical/dental coverage, 401(k), fun employee events, great tools
and equipment, new technology training, progressive management and
occasional pizza. We will cover relocation expenses for the right
applicant.
Culture
The culture is fast-paced and innovative and everyone contributes.
Responsible self-starters thrive at Informative Graphics. We
want your creativity and your passion to produce, support,
market and sell the very best products. We are very selective
about our applicants and we make significant investments in
technical training, career advancement and productivity awards.
Casual attire (shorts are the norm for most of the staff)
prevails. The company's CEO has been schooled in Engineering
and Computer Science, still is a nerd at heart and is among
the company's most casual dressers.
The management puts a great deal of value on high-speed development
machines and software tools that save time and improve quality.
Everyone is treated as a responsible professional. You will
be extended freedoms and your creativity will be encouraged.
Most importantly, you will be asked your opinion on almost
everything (we strive to constantly improve in everything we
do).
Living In Phoenix
It's true that it gets really hot in Phoenix
three months out of the year. The winters, though, are an incredible
65-75 degrees. There are mountains, skiing and lakes within
a couple of hours drive. Phoenix has pro teams in every major
sport and is probably the best place to live for outdoor activities.
