Persistent Document Security
Organizational content security strategies are further fortified
with Visual Rights. Our technology renders document, image and CAD files into an accurate,
encrypted, Content Sealed Format (CSF) that embeds persistent
usage governing controls.
Share Content - Keep Control
- Expire files
- Permit print, copy, measure, markup and analyze
- Add watermarks and banners
- Password protect documents
- Redact (remove) privacy information or sensitive content
CSF is not an open format like PDF, and when it comes to security, that is a good thing. CSF was
specifically designed for use when content security is required. Like PDF, CSF
is an accurate, text-searchable rendition of the original file and is viewable with a free viewer.
Unlike PDF, a CSF file cannot be edited or converted once published. In fact, no
metadata is transfered to a CSF file, so there is no hidden text to worry about either.
