Senior-level software developer to write code and manage a small team of software developers. We use Java, C++, C#, .NET, and servlets.

Requirements

Responsibilities include providing leadership to team, prioritizing product features and issues between Sales and Management, leading design of new product features, facilitating training and best practices, and hands-on coding.  Applicants should be comfortable working in a dynamic, matrix-driven organization.  An understanding of engineering drawing formats (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is helpful.

Immediate opening for a software engineer to integrate our document viewing software with content management systems. Java, C++, OO, and scripting required. JSP, ASP, and C# desirable. Must be familiar with web programming. Must be a quick learner able to handle multiple technologies simultaneously.

This self-motivated specialist must be technical enough to provide support and determine solutions, must be business minded enough to manage accounts, must be sales minded enough to generate business through channels and partners. Relies on own extensive technical experience with emphasis in Windows configurations and strong task management skills to plan and accomplish goals. Responsible for the support of our sales representatives and customers. Provides technical training and analysis to clients and potential clients by delivering presentations, product demonstrations, installations, and implementations.

Job Details

Document Management & Business Process Software IT Specialist with emphasis in: Redaction, Rendering, Workflow, Publishing, and Printing. Typical activities include: articulation of the benefits of solutions, delivery of product/solution presentations and demonstrations, coordination/delivery of Proof of Concepts, answering customers' questions, countering customers concerns, building solution designs based on customer’s requirements, preparation of technical responses to proposals, and differentiation from the competition. In addition, the position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and technical thought leadership.
