Informative Graphics Corporation to Moderate Key eDiscovery Panel Discussion on Native Format Production and Redaction at LegalTech New York

SCOTTSDALE, AZ and NEW YORK CITY – January 26, 2011 – Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in viewing, collaboration and redaction technology, will moderate a key "Emerging Technology" panel discussion titled, "The Debate on Native Format Production and Redaction," at the LegalTech® New York show.

The panel discussion, led by Christine Musil, Director of Marketing for Informative Graphics Corporation, will be held Monday, January 31 from 2:45-3:45pm EST in the Sutton Parlor Center at the New York Hilton and will focus on issues such as the meaning of "native" format and whether "native" redaction truly exists. The discussion is in response to conflicting interpretations of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) as to what constitutes native format and obligations organizations have to collect, preserve, review and produce data in the context of litigation.

Panelists include world-renowned eDiscovery experts Craig Ball, George Socha, Tom O'Connor and Browning Marean.

Musil has written a number of white papers including, "The Reality of Native Format Production and Redaction," which inspired this LegalTech NY panel discussion.
